How it all began…
I remember standing in a circle with a bunch of kids in Kenya, none of us being able to speak each others languages, but all of us being able to sing, dance and create rhythms with our bodies.
Within seconds we created the most beautiful songs and had so much fun. It was then when I decided to not only study opera, but also dive deep into the beautiful, fulfilling and ever expanding field of music education.
I feel lucky to have received such an amazing education at the University of the Arts Bremen, where my skills, knowledge and creativity as a music educator where deeply nourished.
Over the years I combined my passion for theater and singing with my passion for teaching children (mainly the young ones, ages 2-6).
I became one of the leading experts on how to sing with children and trained over 25 pre-school teams across Germany and NYC.
I also had the pleasure of leading movement and music classes all over the world and sing and dance with children in the Philippines, Peru, Germany and the US.
At Opera Frankfurt I got to deepen my experience in the fascinating field of opera for children which I later got to pass on as a lecturer at the University of the Arts Bremen.
Singing, Music, Theater and Children are my passion and I am so excited to pass that passion, knowledge and experience on to you.

Passing on my experience and knowledge about singing and movement with children is one of my biggest passions. You will learn everything you need to know to incorporate singing and movement into your pre-school or start leading your own singing and movement classes for children. All trainings are experience oriented and build on a deep foundation and understanding of music, early childhood development and creativity.

Children are inherently expressive and creative. As an educator I create a nourishing and safe environment for children to connect, explore and expand their creative expression. In a playful and enriching way we explore music through our voice, body and art. My classes are child-centered and focused on learning through play, expression, range and exploration.

Kids love stories and music. Opera can be easily accessible for them through a playful, interactive and child-oriented approach. I create concepts for opera for children or design workshops that foster the natural curiosity and connection to this amazing art form.
