Hi, Iām Cora and I used to be the people pleasing queen.
The only place where I felt safe to explore my wild, was the stage.
Throughout my whole life I have experienced the power of play and the wild liberation of acting, embodiment and art making.
I have spent hours exploring different healing modalities. From somatic experiencing to classic therapy to energy work, but nothing has ever been as liberating and wildy effective as play.
Over the past years I have developed a unique method and process that combines techniques from performing arts with somatic re-patterning, psychodrama and play.
The result: Full body ALIVENESS.
